Terms and Conditions

Tickets:

• Each ticket admits one (1) person of age 5 years and above only. 

• No admission for infants in arms and children under 5 years old. Children aged 5 years and above must have a valid ticket for entry.

Latecomers:

• Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break (if any) during the performance.

Product Availability:

• All tickets are subject to availability.

• The Company reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per transaction.

Pricing & Payment:

• Prices displayed are in SGD and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the provided payment methods.

Delivery & Fulfilment:

• Tickets will be delivered electronically via email confirmation.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds or exchanges are not available, except in cases of programme cancellation.

Intellectual Property:

• All content, including but not limited performances and programmes, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior permission.

Photography & Videography:

• By attending performances or any of our programmes, patrons consent to the Company's right to photograph or record video footage of the programmes for promotional and archival purposes.

• Patrons retain the right to request exclusion from such media coverage by informing the Company in writing prior to the start of the programme.

• The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media coverage.

Liability:

• The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during our classes, attendance at our productions, or the use of our merchandise.

Modification of Terms:

• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, with updated terms applicable to future purchases
